FORTHThe Foundation for Research and Technology - Hellas (FORTH), established in 1983, is one of the largest research centers in Greece with well - organized facilities and highly qualified personnel. It functions under the supervision of the General Secretariat for Research and Technology of the Hellenic Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs and consists of seven Research Institutes located throughout Greece: Heraklion, Rethymnon, Patras and Ioannina. The Foundation's headquarters are located in Heraklion, Crete.

KYOSKyos SARL (KYOS) is a service-related company based in Switzerland specializing in IT consulting, networking, IT security field and in wireless networking. Their personnel were active in the EU projects over a number of years. In FP6 they were leading number of support projects. They have good knowledge of both European and Indian working environment and lead the Euro- India support project to promote IPv6. As a result, Indian Government has adopted IPv6 roadmap their experience in international collaboration projects was always successful. They also have project management experience from small (Coordination and support) to large (integrated) projects. They have successfully participated in many projects taking both technical as well as liaison/dissemination roles. They specialize both in events organization as well as technical project execution. ITSMAITSMA is a Not-for-Profit organization has rich experience in liaising and networking with businesses and institutions involved in the development of interactive ICT applications, products and technologies. ITSMA has the unique distinction of establishing the Ministry of Information Technology as the National Contact Point for the Framework program. ITSMA is the coordinating partner of the NCP network of India, which has been formed to stimulate the ICT stakeholders of India to participate in the Framework program. In addition to this ITSMA is into providing advisory services, promoting international business, building competitiveness, international cooperation and organizing trade missions.

ITSMA's objective is to assist in the development of the Information Communication Technology (ICT) Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs), through networking, advocacy, developing business partnerships and international expansion.
